2014 Exhibitors Wanted

I am looking for artists to submit proposals to be featured in a 2014 show.  Group shows are welcome!  To be considered please send a cover letter, resume/bio, and at least 4 digital images of your work and a proposal regarding the theme/subject of your show.  Materials may be emailed to greenbridgegallery@gmail.com or mailed to Green Bridge Gallery, P.O. Box 493, Cambridge, NY 12816.

The Green Bridge Gallery will be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  and Sundays from 12 noon – 2 p.m.  Extended hours may be offered for opening receptions and other special events.  Opening receptions will typically be scheduled for weekend evenings.  Exhibited works will be available for sale and the Green Bridge Gallery requires a commission of from the sales.  Artists must set the prices for their work, and sign a Consignment Agreement.  Advertising and promotion is done by the Green Bridge Gallery, however we encourage artists to also promote their show.  Catering costs in relation to an opening reception are subject to negotiation.

I am an artist (photographer) myself and have a B.A. degree in Studio Art from SUNY Plattsburgh.  I am currently working on my Master’s degree in Recreation and Tourism from the University of Illinois.  My hope is for this gallery to be a wonderful addition to the Cambridge Village.  As the current President of the Cambridge Valley Chamber of Commerce I know how important new and exciting businesses are to the area.  I have a great amount of experience in marketing, which I will use to promote your show and the gallery as a whole.
